I had my OR interview over the phone just over a weeks ago and have not heard anything since. No calls, no letters etc....

What am I waiting for now?

nothing much now, I had my interview back in March when I declared BR on the same day, didn't hear a thing until I had a letter from the OR asking me to fill details in & send back for possible early discharge....if the OR needs to contact you again they will...otherwise it'll be pretty quiet now if things are straightforward...nect step will hopefully be an early discharge!

So how do they know my SOA are true?

I've had nothing set by the OR. I thought that I had to send in all my bank statements and paperwork etc etc so that the OR could check everything?

Have you had an initial letter requesting past statements, copies of any credit agreements, cards & cheque books etc......? Plus asking to sign a few forms?

You normally receive an info pack, forms to sign, and a request for what info the OR needs.

As you say there is a postal strike and in some places the post is very behind.

A scan I made of the main page of mine is below:

If you are concerned at the lack of contact then give your OR a call.

But even if they have sent anything out to you (and they might not), with the post the way it is they wouldn't expect it to get to you quickly or you to get it back quickly to them.

Well, I got my forms today :j but the form does not mention points 1) that fermi has posted. It just starts at point 2), which is now labled 1).

I am very concerned that there is not mention or clarification of my I/E. At the moment all my wages go into my OH account along with her wages and we are living out of that account. I have no link or access to the account, apart from my wages going in, if I need money she gives me the cash. Is this OK to do?

There is no guidance for anyone (apart form this forum) who has gone BR as to what you are suppose to do and not do with regards to your wages and expenses.

After my telephone interview, my OR said that £580 for food shopping was way to high, he said that £500 was more sensible but everything else was OK. As mentioned above, I have had no paperwork about my I/E so I'm very  .

What am I suppose to be doing?

So what do I do with any surplus cash that I may have, that is above my I/E that were submitted at court. Get my wife to put it in her savings account?
