1. Entrants must be 18 or over, UK residents and must not be an employee or relative of the Promoter, Disney, Lime Communications, Tanla Mobile or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
2. No purchase necessary. To enter the prize draw, text the word WIN followed by your name and postcode to 81707 between 1st October 2007 and midnight 28th February 2008.
3. Texts charged at normal operator rate. Ask bill payers permission. Entry confirms agreement to these terms and conditions.
4. A winner will be drawn for entries received on a Bank Holiday on the following working day.
5. Only 4 entries entry per person for the duration of the promotion. Any additional entries will not be entered into the prize draw.
6. Winners will be selected at random before 12pm every week day during the above dates from all the entries received between 12.00am and 11.59pm the previous day. The last draw will be made at 12pm on 29th February 2008. For entries sent on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the draw will take place the following Monday.
7. Unsuccessful entrants will not be entered into the next draw.
8. The prize for each day will be selected at random from the prize pool set out in condition 9 by an independent adjudicator prior to the selection of the winner.
9. The prizes are:

1st Prize: One Mazda MX5 taxed for one year and a contribution towards the winner's insurance costs for the first year of up to £750. Colour and specification of the car to be selected by the Promoter.


2nd Prize: 2 winners is a 4 night trip to Los Angeles for two people consisting of: return economy flights from any UK airport flying to LAX,transfers in LA and 4 nights accommodation at the Crowne Plaza Beverly Hills Hotel. Winners must make and pay for their own travel arrangements to and from the chosen UK airport, all other meals, drinks, hotel incidentals, telephone calls, room service or any other costs incurred by the winner & companion. LA trip must be taken before 1st March 2009 must include a Saturday night stay in LA, excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays (both UK and US) and will be subject to flight and hotel availability at the date of booking the trip. Tour operator and other third party terms and conditions will apply to this prize. The Promoter will book the trip as agent of the winner & companion. The winner & companion must sign an indemnity form prior to taking the trip due to standard operating procedures. Winner & companion are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports and any necessary visas or other required documentation to comply with national /international travel and/or US immigration regulations.

3rd Prize: For 5 winners, a Hotpoint Aqualtis Washing Machine (colour and specifications to be selected by the promoter. Fitting not included.


Runner Up Prizes: 143 prizes of the DesperateHousewives Series 3 DVD.

1. The Promoter will deliver the prizes to any address in the UK. The winners will be notified by telephone.
2. Prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives available.
3. Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of the same or higher value.
4. Promoter does not accept responsibility for corrupted entries. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.
