i did this last year for step mil who has coeliacs i put in it a few packets of fancy biscuits, a box of chocs and mince pies all luxury stuff that is expensive to buy then some practical stuff like pasta and bread she really liked it. also added a small bottle of wine that i thought she'd like
Other women want a boob job. Honey the only silicone i'm interested in is on a 12 cup muffin tray, preferably shaped like little hearts

Hi this is a lovely idea i bet she will love it as i guess gluten free food will be hard to find aboard it's bad enough here. Im a chef so i make most of my dh treats as it's a lot cheaper but he does like tescos christmas pudding so i leave that to them. I will pm you with a receipe soon. Just lately morrisons have had some offers on cakes and slices just 50p off or buy two for ££££ but it all helps and in my tesco they had pitta bread packs for £1. I know this doesn't sound thrilling but add a bag or two of doves gluten free flour so she can make her own things. If she hasn't already she or someone should resister her on the http://www.glutafin.co.uk/ as all coeliacs get a free start up pack full of biscuits and bread and they also give away free things from time to time like now they are giving away a loaf of brown bread this could cut the cost of your hamper if you did it. not sure if it would arrive in time what with all these strikes though.
