Competition Terms & Conditions By entering this prize draw, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:
1. This offer is only open to UK residents aged 13 and over. If you are aged 12 or under, we are unable to accept an entry from you directly, but you might like to ask your parent or guardian to enter instead. If you are between 13 and 18 years please ask permission from a parent or guardian.
2. By entering the competition you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions.
3. The promoter is The Random House Group Ltd, 20 Vauxhall Bridge Road, London SW1V 2SA (‘Promoter’)
4. By providing the Promoter with your personal details and answering on the website, you will be automatically entered into this prize draw.
5. Your personal details will only be retained and used by the Promoter in relation to the Competition if you have ticked the box(es) on the website in which case your personal details will also be retained in order to send you the further information you have indicated you would like to receive. Your personal details will not be passed on to any other third parties.
6. No purchase necessary.
7. Each applicant may register for the prize draw only once.
8. The Promoter’s employees, their families and any other company connected with the Competition are excluded from entering the Competition.
9. It is a condition of entry that the winner agrees to the use of their name, address and photograph in publicity material.
10. The winner’s name will be available upon submission of a stamped addressed envelope. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered.
12. Closing date for registration is 31st July 2008.
13. No entries will be accepted after this date and the Promoter will not accept liability for lost or delayed entries.
14. The winner will be chosen by an independent judge on 31st July 2008 and will be notified within approximately 7 days.
15. The prize must be claimed within 6 weeks of the closing date.
16. Events may occur that render the awarding of this prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and the Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, vary, amend, suspend or withdraw the prize with or without notice.

My eldest son loves those books, he has read them over and over. Steve Cole also writes Dr Who books and scripts.
