Im just wondering have people on here redeemed any points from 'home of research' and how long did it take to receive your cheques? ive requested one for £20 on the 1st august but still not got it, emailed them couple of times, they replied back saying to give my details which i have done but no word back since. Do people find them reliable cos im losing faith with them FAST :mad:

i requested a cheque on 2nd august and still haven't received it. I'd forgotten about it completely until i saw this post!
just looked on the website and it says that cheques will be issued at the end of each calendar month but that would still mean it should have arrived by now!2008: £783.12 - 2009: £6,401.15 - 2010: £4,230.61 - 2011: £8720 - 2012: £2,041.89
2013: £134.960 -
hello.same has happened to me,ordered on aug 8th emailed all my details and no reply,glad im not on my own.i thought they were a reliable company but im beginning to wonder,praps our payments are in the post!!!0

Took me about 6 months to get to £20. I am still having problems, and the "customer service" is anything but helpful...don't think I will be completing any more surveys.If you obey all the rules...you miss all the fun!! Katherine Hepburn0
