Dates & Prices•The offer is available to book from the 22 September until 2 November 2007 for every Friday. The rate quoted is per couple and includes accomodation in a standard room, dinner on the Friday evening and full traditional breakfat on Saturday morning. The inclusive dinner is based on the 3 course Table d'Hote menu or an allowance of £20 wil be given from the A la Carte menu. The inclusive wine offer is either a bottle of L'Emage Merlot or L'Emage Sauvignon Blanc per couple. No alternative may be offered. Dinner offer is available on Friday evening when dining in the main restaurant. Offer does not apply to room service, event rooms or bar menus. Single supplements will apply at specific hotels please ask our Central Reservations for full details. Additional Saturday night stays may be booked at best available rate. Room upgrade prices are available please ask our Central reservations team for more information.
**Children•Children under the age of 16 can stay for just a £5.00 supplement per child per night when sharing a room with two full paying adults (subject to availability of family rooms) paying for all meals as taken. There are a limited number of family rooms in the hotels. Children in their own room can stay at the full promotional rate. All meals will be charged as taken.
***Evening bag•The Frank Usher bag will be delivered to you within 28 days of making your booking. Only one bag per booking will be offered.
Terms & Cancellations•All bookings must be paid for in advance are non refundable and non transferable. All offers of accommodation are made subject to availability, as there is a separate allocation of rooms for this promotion.
