- Entrants agree to be bound by all the entry instructions of which these terms and conditions form a part.
- 2 winners & 10 runners up will be drawn at random under independent supervision.
- There are 2 holidays to New England to be won. Each holiday is for 2 people for 7 nights and includes fights, accommodation and car hire. For full itinerary click here.
- All accommodation is subject to availability and is provided on a Room Only basis. The holiday must be completed by 30/11/08.
- Visa(s), travel insurance, travel to and from UK airports and valid driving licence are winners' responsibility and cost.
- 10 runners up will each win a 2-person American style breakfast hamper containing a pancake pan, 'A Real American Breakfast' cookbook, Ocean Spray Cranberry Classic Juice Drink and Jordans '3 in one' breakfast cereal.
- Only one prize per household.
- There is no cash alternative in whole or in part to any of the prizes. The Promoter reserves the right to offer a similar prize, or a prize of equal or greater value, if the stated prize is unavailable.
- Winners will be contacted by 15/04/08 via the email address used for the entry. Any winner who has not responded to notification within 21 days will forfeit their prize; a replacement winner will be selected at random from other entrants.
- The decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
- For a list of names & counties of winners and runners up send a SAE marked 'Winners' to the promotional address after 30/04/08.
