Looking for a new mattress and considering a pocket spring type with a Visco Elastic foam layer. Is there anyone out there that can advise or recommend a manufacturer and supplier?

Ours was from furniture village - around £500 reduced to £350.
Dont scrimp on a mattress. I cant think of anything that you use for a longer period everyday.0 -

But then they probally then sold you the correct size mattress, didnt have to drive a 60 mile round trip to replace it, refuse to accept it was their mistake until you kicked up a fuss and left you to wait for hours in the warehouse while soemone got you the correct one from another warehouse.
The first night we slept on the new bed we had to rescue the old mattress form the garden so we had something to sleep on.

their mattresses are about 2/3in longer than standard UK sizes & they offer different widths - mainly sized for their own bed framesAny posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as (financial) advice.0

Nice to have the extra length - but bad when you want to change - you have to go back to them!0 -

Would highly recommend Relyon pocket sprung mattresses - we have had ours for around two years now......and it's the best investment we've made.
Be careful if you decide to go for a pillowtop matress as they tend to be very warm all year round , which takes a bit of getting used to !"The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page."
happy travels !!

I'm looking for a new mattress or bed too - if I can find one at a good price. I've tried loads of beds already and seem to be leaning towards a medium firm Sealy. theres a Rest Assured one I like too but its nearly £1000! Somone recommended Ikea but I haven't been to look yet. They said they had the mattress for about 8 years an it started to get uncomfy - Ikea swapped it, no questions asked! The matress has a lifetime warrenty - I'm not sure if they still do that though...
