POP band Liberty X will perform one of their last ever gigs in Wiltshire when they top the bill at the Wiltshire Crimestoppers family fun day at Bowood House and Gardens on September 2.
The show, sponsored by the Wiltshire Times, will be one of the last chances that fans of the group will get to see them perform together, as the quintet, made up from the runners-up on reality TV show Popstars, will go their separate ways soon after the show.
The group, made up of Jessica, Kelli, Tony, Michelle and Kevin, announced earlier this year via their website that they would not be recording any more material together. They were due to hold a farewell gig on Saturday, but are honouring dates booked on their club tour and one-off special events, including Crimestoppers.
The Crimestoppers festival, which runs from 10am-6pm, will feature other artists including former Steps singer Lisa Scott-Lee, ex-Atomic Kitten Liz McClarnon and X Factor finalists Ben Mills and Eton Road.
There are only 20,000 tickets on sale and organisers are expecting a full house. In addition to the music there will be entertainment in the form of the Bluebelle Majorettes, falconry displays, St John Ambulance demonstrations, Chippenham Morris Men and a martial arts display.
First prize in our great competition includes a family ticket to Bowood House and grounds; a round of golf for two people on the fantastic course at the Bowood Golf and Country Club; a family ticket to the crimestoppers Funday on September 2 and a photo autographed by the artist of your choice who is appearing at the Funday.
The second prize winner collects a family ticket for the Crimestoppers Funday and a framed colour poster autographed by one of the headline acts.
If you're not lucky enough to be a winner, you can get your tickets for the Crimestoppers Funday, which cost £9 for adults over 16, £6 for children, while under threes go free. They can be bought by calling 08700 115007 or by visiting https://www.wiltshirecrimestoppers.co.uk
