Hello,
I was just wondering if i was to get refused a loan through X ammount of companys will my parents address credit rating drop as i live with them??

  no, it won't affect their credit rating as now credit files are no longer linked to addresses, just names

  This is true. The only time others appear on your report is if you have a financial link with them.
