All you need to do is register with WhyOrganic, but they are a good site and all you will get is a monthly email with news, offers and competitions. I've been a member for 2 years. If you look at the site there are various prizes, such as an Organic hamper from SoOrganic, and others. You can of course unsubscribe at any time.
