Ok I'm trying to be good, I'm trying to do a 2 week meal plan, after all tomorrow is a new pay day and a new financial month :A
So far I have:
1. Roast Chicken
2. Roast Beef
3. Chicken Risotto
4. Beef Curry
5. Tuna Pasta Bake
6. Spag Bol
7. Pizza
8. Pork Chops, mash and veg
9. Jacket potato, beans and cheese
So I need 5 more meals and they need to be suitable for my 1 year old too so that I'm not cooking 2 dinners! Would be very grateful for any ideas, especially using the ingredients I would have for the above already.

This is hard... I'm trying to think of things that we have, too...
My 1yo eats anything, even the tandoori chicken that we had the other night (you need lots of spices, though it's not actually hot.). If you want the recipe, I can find it for you.
What about macaroni? Or something that my grannie called 'phanaki' - you slice potatoes and onions and have, (oh, that's right. It depends where you are, I think it may just be Scotland that does sliced sausage. Or am I wrong? I suppose you could use links.) Or you could use bacon, (but for my mind it's not a dinner with bacon, I prefer the sausage lol.) So anyway you brown your onions and sausages in a frying pan and then, when they're done, lift them out and put a layer of your potatoes in your pan and then your sausage and onions and then the rest of your potatoes and some water. Put the lid on your pan and cook down. When it's done, if you think there's too much water just keep the lid off and let the excess evaporate. My daughter loves it.
Lasagne? Or is that too much like the bolognese? I only suggested it 'cos you can bulk-cook it and have a night off in future.
I honestly can't think, my mind's gone blank but I'm sure that there'll be plenty of replies in the time it took me to type this! If I think of anything else, I'll let you know.

Macaroni cheese? Toad in the hole?0

Thank you for your replies so far! Lasagne sounds good, toad in the hole and macaroni cheese too. Will try out your recipe Freyasmum, and see what we think, we're in Devon so almost as far from scotland as you can get:D0

sausage egg and chips or similar?A pie or quiche?A mince dish, such as savoury mince or shepherds pie?0

I would make a jumbo lot of bolognese sauce using 1 part beef mince and 2 parts dried soya mince which I would divide into 5 and freeze four. I would make a shepherds pie, lasagne, pasta bake, chilli and maybe a pie.
This mix of meat and soya mince is very cheap and works so very well that it is difficult to tell if you don't know! For one effort there are five meals to intersperse with the other items on your plan.0 -
I was going to suggest chilli (either mince or veggies - or both!), and also soups - good for using up veggies which are looking a little tired in the fridge and lovely with a crusty french stick (the remainder of which can be turned into french bread pizzas for the next day, either for lunch or for a dinner - pad it out with salad if need be...:D).
Otherwise, how about some homemade fishcakes with salad/veggies to get another portion of fish in over the two weeks - they can work well with tinned and fresh fish, so always worth keeping an eye out for fish counter bargains. We like salmon ones and mix mushy peas into them (the end product is not the greatest colour but the taste is fantastic!:p). Smoked haddock ones are yummy, too.:T
Quiche? - good with salad/veggies again, and also good for using up things - almost anything goes well in a quiche!
Another favourite in our house is "breakfast" - scrambled egg, sausage, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, some form of potato, baked beans, and toast. We very rarely have time to eat it at the start of the day (and wouldn't necessarily want to unless we were on holiday and not eating lunch!) but it can be very nice for dinner...;)

Ooh, how about corned beef hash - yummy comfort food which should be OK for the little one, too. I would serve it with baked beans!
