Allan 87, thanks for this information. My partner works for BG & we called tonight & have ordered Sky +..They did ask for her employee number though.

Had I not seen your post, I was just about to go down the threatening to cancel route.

thanks very much... we were about to go and get a new HD box from Comet as we got the TV there last week and they were offering £50 off, but I called with no problems.....just said I had heard about the offer and the guy did it all straight away...no employee numbers or anything needed
