1. The promotion is open to all United Kingdom and R.O.I residents, aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter or its affiliates, the families of such employees and any other person connected with this promotion.

2. Only one entry permitted per person. No bulk or third party entries will be accepted. The draw is free to enter and there is no purchase necessary.


3. The Season Ticket winner will be drawn on 7th January 2008 by a person independent of the promoter. If you win you will be notified by email and by phone (if a number is provided) within 7 days that you have won and what you will need to do to claim your prize. In the event that a claim for a prize is not received by the Promoter by 14th January 2008 the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.


4. The main prize consists of 2 sets of Season tickets for the 2008/09 season. The prize does not allow for travel or accommodation.

5. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged, or undelivered. Proof of sending does not constitute receipt. The Promoter will not be liable for a person not being able to enter the promotion due to system failures, network error, site being down, hacks on the system or personal computer issues.


6. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify an entrant in the event that the Promoter has grounds for believing that the entrant has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions of entry.

7. The winner of a set of season tickets to a team of their choosing may be required to provide a written acknowledgement of acceptance of all terms and conditions of this promotion.

8. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

9. The prizes are as stated and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. No cash alternatives will be offered. If due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control the Promoter is unable to provide the stated prizes, including without limitation, the season tickets to a team of the winners choosing, the Promoter reserves the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s discretion.


10. The winners of the sets of the Season tickets to a team of the winner choosing may be required to participate in publicity arising from the award of the prize and by entering this promotion entrants acknowledge that they may be used in publicity without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the winner’s and/or the Guest’s names, likenesses, voices, photographs or video footage, any statement made relating to the promotion and/ or the prize and any biographical information provided by the winner and/ or the Guest in relation to the prize. Entrants agree that all such material may be used by the Promoter in any media format in perpetuity throughout the world as determined in the Promoter's absolute discretion.

11. To the fullest extent permissible in law, the Promoter shall not be liable to the winners of any prize and/ or the Guest, for any loss or damage howsoever caused, whether in contract, tort or statutory duty or otherwise arising out of or in connection with this promotion and/ or the prizes. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay in performing or partial or total failure to perform any or all of its obligations to the winner of a prize and/ or the Guest under these terms and conditions if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control including without limitation cancellations, disruptions, delays, changes, diversions or substitutions howsoever arising, including without limitation, war, terrorist action or threatened terrorist action, accidents, fire, floods or other natural disasters, strikes or civil commotions and the winners of the main prize of the 1 set of 2 Season Tickets to the team of the winners choosing and/ or their Guests will be solely liable for any additional costs arising as result of such events. While the Promoter has made reasonable enquiries to ensure that the main prizes, being Season Tickets to the team of the winners choosing, will be enjoyable and entertaining, the Promoter does not guarantee, warrant nor represent the suitability or quality of the prize and shall not be responsible for any activities undertaken in the course of the prize.

12. All personal data collected during participation in this promotion will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Policy set out on https://www.mygillette.co.uk.

13. The name and county of the prize winner will be available by sending a SAE to: mygillette.co.uk Season Tickets Competition 2008, Haygarth House, 28-31 High Street, Wimbledon Village, London SW19 5BY after 16th January 2008.
