Debenhams summer sale

Options
The normal summer sale starts this week! Should be some good deals as ever. Starts Wednesday 430pm for cardholders and Friday for others...

NEVER pay full price at Debenhams as their sales are like clockwork...

YUP! They have an "early bird" offer on some swim suites in the flyer I got - its at home but it was a polkadot set reduced from about 20 quid to 8. :)

  • Was in Debenhams in Stockport a couple of weeks ago and there were quite a few reduced swimsuits there already.

True enough - and also if you take the chance, they always reduce the Sales prices at least twice to get rid of stock. (i.e an extra 20% off sales after the 2nd week, 30% in the final week etc).

The good thing about them is that sales usually apply to their sports section as well- so you also have the official International Rugby shirts and a few football shirts at a very decent sales price which are not often reduced at Sports shops.

The only pity about the sales (not totally directed at Debenhams) is that they never have any shirts left in LARGE, never any 32" Long trousers, and never have any size 11 shoes!

Try size 12 shoes - have NEVER seen any in the sales - and I get there early sometimes. Large shirts I find quite a lot of and 34" trousers not a problem :)
