hi all,
im new on here and what a site this is,.. i have been browsing for some time now, and its great.
i just registered to leave help for someone and thought i had better introduce myself, (sorry i cant find another section to say hi in)
Im mark and im 28.. i have been trying to diet and lose about 27 stone for a long time now.. and never got anywhere.
so in feb i decided to make a site dedicated to helping support myself and other members as they try to lose weight themselves.
its a great friendly place to come for a chat, and discuss weight loss.
