okay, thanks
Ethel Bloggs, I'm so sorry that they didn't let you know, that's so unfair. Have a great afternoon doing nothing
gillette147, I'm meant to be revising as well and I just aren't in the mood. Kind of worrying when my next exam is a week today, and I dont know much!
-hugs- to everyone else.
Had a spur of the moment decision this afternoon and went to get my hair cut!it needed doing, but i just walked into the salon near us and they did it there and then. Looks much better, though slightly shorter than i would have liked! smells divine though, and i also bought some products. So I've had an expensive afternoon, but feel so much better for it.
In other news, I am so swamped with revision, practicals and recital practises. My next exam is one week today and this morning I realised how much I dont know on the subject.

My daughter isk in the A level sitting web and so can understand how everyone in this situation is feeling.
Every day take 15 mins out to chill, whether trying to learn to do relaxation, reading a funny book, whatever. Revise in little segments and the night before the exam don't try to cram, it won't sink in.
You may think your parents are nagging or whatever the buzz word is but they are not, they are trying to help in their own tin pot way, do not keep your feelings to yourself, tell them, how else are they to know and what is the matter.
My daughter writes herself a letter and then shows it to me.
Good luck to you all. You can only do your best and that is all that is expected of you, not everyone is an Einstein.0 -
the way i revise is have a cram session for a bout 20-30 minutes where i remember as much as i can then write it all down. Have a break for an hour or two to do something else then return. today i was working through my law hand out and at the start i could only remember 5 cases but 20 mins later i cou;d remember 30 cases and few other notes.0

wow, that's brilliant! it takes me ages to learn things, though I can't do it for every long either.
