Further to your recent e-mail requesting a free pack of Gel Pens and Plus Fabric envelope samples, we apologise that we have had to withdraw the offer.
The offer ran legitimately through the National Mailshots PA Pack to our valued customer base and purchasers of business stationery. Regrettably the offer has been hijacked by a website that has opened up the offer to all people searching for freebies over the internet. This has resulted in many thousands of responses which are outside the scope of the promotion. Unfortunately, as the response e-mail address was published by this website, we are unable to differentiate non-genuine responses from those of you who receive the National Mailshot PA Pack.
We can only apologise to anyone who did apply through the legitimate channel and will be looking to prevent any reoccurrence of this situation in the future.
We thank you, in advance, for your understanding and support in this matter.

I got mine but i dunno if thats because they recognised my surname (its exceptionally rare and my dads quite high up in the company)0
