I just came here to post about this, though I used a different code and only got 20% off  and Quidco did not track last time I used it so I didn't bother this time.
Still, do not underestimate this phone.
It's pug ugly and the keypad is horrible but it's a Windows Mobile 5 Smartphone and the DAB Radio is superb (TV is a bit naff), although it eats battery. The phone works well too.
I bought one a few months back to use with my £10 month Virgin contract and have just ordered a second as a spare. At this price it's a steal.
There is a lot of software available for WM5 phones.
I have GPS running on mine, Fizz Traveller and Metro - an excellent free program which will plot a route between 2 stations on the underground system in 350 countries. There is a free weather forecast program here, although Fizz is superior. Other free essentials include Keylock and SmartMonitor.
You will need a micro SD card if you want to run a lot of apps/take a lot of photos/store a lot of tunes. There is no card supplied but I got a 2Gb one from 7dayshop for around £15 from 7dayshop (go through Quidco).
If you want to run third party apps on the phone you will need to app unlock it (not for the faint-hearted) - instructions here - only up to step 5 though. I used the Mobile Registry Editor mentioned in the text but also had to run RapiConfig as mentioned in the FAQ.
Virgin will supply a code to unlock the SIM once you have spent £30 with them.
There's a good review of the phone here.
