SUPERDRUG Weekend SHOCKER - 50% off all Digital Photography - must end Monday

Options
Noticed this in the paper today, at Superdrug.
Vivitar 5mp camera V5190 £24.99, was £49.99 and Vivitar 5mp digital video cameras DVR 510 £34.99, was £69.99
Offer ends Monday.
I know these are not top of the range, but not bad for £25. I got one of these last year, and it's great to carry around for snaps.

Morrisons also sell the Vivitar camera cant remember correct price but it was under £30, it was black and looked neat, but these cameras don't have optical zoom, digital only is put in cheapo cameras

This is a link the the manufactures UK site.

Takes SD cards and AAA batteries so cheap memory and easy to find batteries. Make sure you get 950mAH rechargeable AAA for the best battery life.

Cannot find any review but at this price from a UK high street you can't go wrong! SD memory is very cheap with a cheap camera like the you will not need very fast SD RAM.

    Good spot thank OP
    Seth.

Digital only is put in THESE cheapo cameras - Superdrug were selling 5MP Vivitar cameras with 3x optical zoom for £25 last year ;) 5385 or something that was, rebadged Pentax, bargain.

Well as a whole the price does reflect the quality of the lens, its fine have high megapixcels but it can be false economy having a poor lens, I no the Morrisons is digital which turns me right off, even for a budget camera.

Also some cameras can have poor light sensitivity, or use interpolated ratings of megapixels. They are therefore not as good value. Buy right or buy twice. It will take pics but you only get what you pay for.

I'd be careful getting the lexmark printer. The cartridges are expensive. We got a laser one at work and it costs a fortune to run and for the size of the cartridges it runs out quite quickly. We then got a Canon Pixma Pro (inkjet) and it costs a lot less to keep going.
There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.

Yes I am - sorry I don't know about availability but usually they do have things like this. Worth a phone call to ask/check ?
