Sorry to be a damp squib here,my daughter recommended us for sky,our sky installed oct 2004.........15 phones calls later,all at my daughters expense,lots of excuses,ermm voucher will be sent,errmm vouchers ran out,ermmm waiting for delivery of new vouchers,ermm vouchersWHAT VOUCHERS!!!....voucher arrived....Feb2005,after my daughter spoke to supervisor at call center......great offer....shame about the length of time & really bad excuses......:T It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice. :T
