Eat Tapas All Night for a Tenner

Tapas chain La Tasca are offering a "Tapas for a Tenner" deal, where as the name suggests you pay £10 and can eat all night long, from the deal menu which is quite extensive. The offer is not available Friday & Saturday evenings (check your local restaurant who may have different restrictions).

This deal is the bees knees, as tapas can work out quite a costly way to eat, and often you leave the restaurant only half full. However, as it's only costing you a tenner, you can keep them small plates coming til your heart (or stomach) is content. Drinks obviously are not included, but you can get a big pitcher of Sangria for about £12. Perfect for these warm nights!

  • Brilliant post Manc, I love tapas :) There should be a La Tasca on everyones doorstep if you ask me - definitely one of the better chain restaurants.

I'm gonna book right now for tomorrow...

la tasca started off as a great tapas chain and then got very complacent. slow service, warm meals, sloppy waitreses. Hopefully they can redeem themselves with this deal :)

    Thanks for the offer.

I've been a couple of times and our food is all brought at the same time but at varying temperatures (sometimes lukewarm sometimes cold).

It's as if they are restricted for cooker space and the first dishes go cold whilst they are waiting for the later ones.

Still it's a good deal though.

The covent garden one in london is pretty good, nice service (only a little jibe at our eating capacity ;) ) although it was my first time having tapas. Any reviews on the Cambridge one?

I'd be interested in a review of the Cambridge branch too...or maybe I'll have to just pay them a visit and review myself as it's on my doorstep!

Visited this the other day. Not bad food, not great. Warm and not overly tasty. However, we had 6+ plates each so if you order a mix then you can pick and choose what you want to eat more of. Just to let you know that the 'tapas for a tenner' menu is a slightly different one to the normal one - still loads of options, inc. appetisers and all the veggie options available, just not all of the meat ones. Think this deal ends Saturday (as told by waiter).
  • in our restaurant they seemed to be under the impression it was a long term menu, like the '3 dishes for £4.95' lunch menu.

I hope that it doesn't end this Saturday? (It's not available on Saturday anyway?). I was planning to take full advantage of this on Sunday evening, whilst at a union conference in Brighton.

Still, I've printed off some of the Ha! Ha! Bar/Canteen vouchers, so at least I can take advantage of that offer (I usually end up in their when in Brighton).
