You normally have to pay a £3 `deposit' for one of these, but there is currently an offer to get one free.

The application does not give the individual a right to free travel

Cards will be sent to the address provided within 28 days of receipt of the coupon
TfL cannot take responsibility for applications or cards lost in transit. Proof of posting/email is not proof of application
