    It clearly states that they will send you a special offer FOR a pravda miniature and then tells you that they will send a list of stores where you can BUY your Vodka.

    If it was for free then surely wouldn't they just send you one??

    Perhaps its just the translation- after all it is Polish. It looks they produced a literal translation of the Polish original- not that I can speak Polish.
