Oh and if you need to work out how to do the click here just

1) type the text you want highlighted as your link
2) press and hold your shift key on your keyboard and left click with your mouse dragging to highlight your text (you can then release the keys!)
3) click on the 'Insert Link' button above where you post a new message (looks like a globe with a chain link)
3) a pop-up box will open.. type in the address you want the link to take you to and press OK

If the address is quite long just copy the address from your internet browser prior to step 2 above and paste in step 3 instead
