Well, I actually managed to spend a tiny amount on my food shop this week compared to my normal spend :j

When I came to MSE I was spending about £75 a week on shopping, and this week I spent only £29.66 .... for a family of 5, including reduced lamb & chicken for the freezer (£8.24), a lever arch file and some printer paper (£2.74) which i get reimbursed for as part of my course!

Thanks for all your tips over the past couple of weeks ... it has worked!
