  • You could:

Find a good hotel nearby (to save money travelling) prefererably one with a swimming pool/steam room/sauna/jacuzzi/gym where you can have a free trial day to try out the facilities - phone first to let them know what day you want to go.

You can get some good treatments at a College that has a Hair & Beauty Department, phone and arrange for whichever treatments your interested in, ie. Massage, Facial, Nails, Eyebrow & Eyelash Tint etc., followed by a treat to the Hairdressing section for a colour, cut and blow or just wash and blowdry. Sometimes they have special days where you can have 4 or 5 treatments for £20.
