Ok, i went to the doctors the other day and got some medicine, thing was i had to pay as on the presciption paper there isnt an option for 19 year old in full time education to get free drugs. Should i have paid, or was i just no looking closly enough?

At 19 and in full time education you aren't automatically exempt. You're only exempt if you are 16,17 or 18 and in full time education.
