M&S Food Festival Thurs 15th-Sat 17th

If you spend £25 or more instore on food, wine and flowers from Thurs 15th-Sat 17th March then you can get a free bottle of Le Froglet wine. The wine normally retails at £4.99.
There are 3 varieties of Le Froglet wine, shiraz (red), chardonnay (white) and a rosé wine.

    I was standing next to a guy at the tills yesterday, the sales assistant says "if you spend another 27p you'll get a free bottle of wine", customer's response, "no thanks" why would you refuse that??? I nearly fell over!

    That kind of thing happens a lot. We point out the offers to them if it is really worth having like what you saw. Some people just don't want to spend an extra 27p to get a bottle of wine worth £4.99!
    What also can happen is that a cashier might not point out an offer as they don't know about it then the customer comes back to them and complains that they weren't told about a particular offer.

    :beer: i was in m&s tonight food shopping and spend about £65. the sales assistant could obviously tell that i was going to be spending over £50 and advised me to pay for my shopping in 2 lots so i could get 2 free bottles of Le Froglet wine, I had 2 bottles of rose *hic* :beer:
