bailiffs get a bashing in court !!!!!

I a few years ago had a run in for various pcns etc which when i found out was to late and had gone to a bailiff company. The company in question was ccs enforcement services ltd. they collected a total tof £601.81p link here :

As you can see several letters later they were still arguing the toss over their charges. Now i filed a late stat dec at tec and had the warrant revoked to notice to owner status. I then went about chasing ccs for the money. They would simply not cough up. As you can see in their break downs what a joke of charges that are made. I then issued this summons against them in december 2006 after finally getting really fired off :

Three days after the summons were recieved by ccs they decieded to settle for the full amount for whatever reasons they wanted to give. Now remained the 8% per annum intrest. This they again decided to thrash out. Again here is a link to the court order ordering them to cough up the intrest:

I am writing this to show people who have been abused by these companies that they can fight back. Up until now i was posting on another forum on which i have helped many people but they have decided to moderate me for a while so i though hey why not post here and help even more people. As soon as i recieve the settlement cheque i will update this thread. If you follwo my threads you will have fun when you see what i have done to various companies . UPDATE A CGEQUE FOR THE FULL SETTLEMENT AMOUNT APPEARED TODAY IN THE POST .SO UNFORTUNATELY HAVE TO WRITE AND LET THE COURT KNOW ITS BEEN SETTLED. AS SOON AS SCANNER WORKING THEN I WLL POST THE LETTER RECIEVED FROM CCS.
