Whilst browing through "The Grocer" at lunch-time the highlights were:
The front cover features "Mars planets" - three flavours, three textures (soft, crispy and chewy), one taste explosion - new £4 million marketing support including £3 million TV advertising - available from 26th March (kind of like Maltesers in a bag but the Mars version)
There is a new Diet coke launching shortly - Diet coke with citrus zest has lemon and lime - there will be an £8 million marketing campaign.
Asda mag takes over Tesco title according to the latest figures, Asda magazine is now in the 2nd place position, relegating Tesco magazine to 3rd place. Sky magazine is top of the rating - although Tesco and Asdas IMHO are the best for vouchers.
Pedigree are launching a Pedigree joint care range for dogs. There will be TV, press and in store samples.
