I think they are extremely good.
You register with them online and are given a password. So your account is really secure.
They e-mail a confirmation of your order, giving you the order number. You can then track it in the 'My Account' section of the site.
Your order may be shipped in multiple packages, if it is comprised of different types of goods.
Your card is acually charged on the day of despatch.
All in all, my own buying experience of some various types of printer consumables, was an excellent one.0 -

Their basket says you can only order six items per order which seems a bit limiting. Does anyone know why they do this and if they enforce it?

Probably to stop independant shop owners from buying loads of stock cheap to then sell locally at a much higher price! Many companies have similar policies (though not quite as restrictive); e.g. Play will only let you order 10 of the same thing at a time. Or it could just be that their stock control system is crap
