Great Way of getting 30% plus £35+ off an UNLOCKED mobile at Virgin .
Heres how…
Virgin are currently offering a discount of 20% off all phones as part of their Lifestyle promotion. Also, if you buy via Quidco, you get a further 10% off.
Finally you get £35 talk time included with many handsets.
Top up the phone completely, and then call virgin to get the unlock code to use with any network's simcard (they will give you this free as you have topped up over £30).
Use the handset to play with you credit on one of the many mobile casino's which you can top up from your mobile. Play a few pounds and then request the rest back via a cheque.
Net result, a hugely cheap top of the range pay as you go UNLOCKED mobile.
For example, here is my recent purchase.
Lobster 700 TV originally £99.99.
-20% discount & +£2.99 delivery = £82.98.
Approx £8 back in my quidco account.
Cheque for £30 sent to me via mobile casino
= Total Cost £44.98 (Saving over £50!)

2. Find your phone and add it basket entering the code for promo from site above.
3. close your browser (so you can get credit from Quidco).
4. Log into http://www.quidco.com/virgin-mobile/ and open the virgin site from here.
5. Check out.

7. top up with vouchers
8. call virgin to request unlock code
9. Use call time as you wish or play mobile casino to get a check for the amount.

Whats the deal with the casino cashback, im confuzzled (easily done). My mobily is going all funny so am keeping an eye on the unlocked market

They are just java based casino that work on your mobile and you can top them up from your phone credit as opposed to credit cards etc. So great if you have got free credit anyway and want to get some cash back from it

You put your money in, and when you think you have won or lost enough, you ask them to cash out your remaining money, and then send you a cheque (unless you go crazy and lose the lot lol).

I used lady lucks to get the cash back but there are a load on a google search. Virgin may even give unused credit back if you want to close your pay as you go account but i don't know much about that one.

hi ,i brought my phone last week from virgin, a motorola w375. cost £60 and i got £35 credit.I was looking to unlock my phone and i saw this thread.
so i have just got virgin to unlock it for me. this will happen when they send me the code next week.
