Hi,
It's not a SLR, it's a 'prosumer' digicam! (it doesn't have interchangeable lenses) but it's still a great camera and a good price. Amazon have it for £448 so it's not a stunning bargain but a bargain nonetheless.

Currys ( or is it comet?) are doing the Canon EOS 300D (a proper digital SLR) for around the 489 mark.
A brilliant camera, and a great price (I paid 650 about 12 months ago).0
