    Thank you - but i got a prob - instead of just printing the voucher it prints the page but with part of one side cut off - does this happen to anyone else?

    Try changing the print from portait , to landscape ... it should give you the option before you accept to print

    My printer was doing the same but managed to print them on a different printer at work.

    However, took them to John Lewis today and was told sorry - they were on the go before Christmas and there are none left.

    Also tried Boots with the Beautiful Love as it wasn't John Lewis specific and they didn't have any either.

    These were in the Glasgow stores so be prepared in case they don't work where you are.

    Tried using one of these in Trafford Centre about 4 weeks ago and was told they all went ages ago :(
