    ^ Good question. LOL

    Dell always geting it wrong.
  • I have one of the cheap 2400 Dimensions and wondered if anyone could advise me if it will be worth buying a couple of these to throw in the machine, or will I not see the benefit?#

Also is there suffiecent space on the board to add 2 more memory cards??

    I have the Dimension 2400 with 256ram, 80gig hd.

    Cheers

I have the same and put in an extra 256Mb a couple of weeks ago when they had an offer on those. It certainly makes it noticeably faster and (unless I am completely imagining it) has improved the graphics output also.

Beware there is only 1 spare empty slot, so 128 sticks are not a lot of use.

yep,i have on of these also and upgraded from 256mb to 512mb,well worth doing.
ff99 it would still be worth filling your spare memory slot with the 128mb to make it 384mb(more memory always helps)

Erm.. It's exactly what it says it is: one stick, two channels thus twice the bandwidth,,..

Hi....This might sound like a stupid question but will this memory work in any pc or just a Dell.
