I've read through all the threads i can think of, planned my budget, printed off the fabulous menu planner and freezer / pantry inventory lists from organised home - done a stocktake on what i have in and im pleased to report i dont need to buy a thing this week apart from bread, milk, minced beef and cat food 
Oh and some storage tubs to keep my batch made food in the freezer
