* WANTED * Additions Direct Complaints Address

Hi Guys and Gals,

I'm looking to get the mailing address for Additions Direct but can't seem to find it.

I bought a christmas present but they have not applied my Discount Code to my purchase. I've tried contacting them via their site, but they are ignoring me.

I would call them but its a typical 0870 number!

I'd like to send a proper complaint letter, but need an address.

As I said I was desperate to find the address, even tho I looked hard this morning! That's why this site is so fantastic, it was worth a try just posting this request and look what happened....soulboy to the rescue!:rotfl:

After having this rude customer service assistant who was getting even more argumentative as the conversation progressed I cannot wait to complain about her. She shouldn't be allowed to talk to customers the way I was spoken to.
