Holmes Place following Virgin Active takeover - price changes?

I am a member at Holmes Place which has been bought by Virgin Active
As I understand it Virgin gym fees were generally cheaper than Holmes Place
Has anyone heard anything about price changes?
They are already cutting back on towel use and from end Feb will be charging a quid if you want to use more than one
