I put a discount code of £5 off £25 spend (from Hotukdeals)...it says it was accepted but went right through to payment stage and the order wasn't reduced......

Just rang customer services and said that I had lost my code for free delivery that I got with my last order and could she possibly give me the code, reply was 'unfortunately that code would have expired as they don't have any free delivery codes at present!!' I hope they have the offer in store.
