Hope you're feeling better soon Martin, and MSG too. Take loads of hot drinks, particularly fresh lemon juice in some warm water, should help. Even gargling it should help. Gargling warm salted water is supposed to help too. See this link for more info...

hmm, when i can't sleep i try hot chocolate, or working out my budget for the next month , never thought of the "do a TV Programme" option

might try that next time

i watched the GMTV interview and Kate Galloway really annoyed the tits off me.

Martin: Granny in the glove box - where people keep their phones in the glove box only to use in an emergency.
