Hand Made Soap - FALLS APART - Solution

All those lovely hand made soaps the kids got for Xmas - the ones with pretty patterns through them seem to fall apart as soon as they hit the water.
We popped the bits in a jug the microwave and nuke for a min or so - lined a shallow dish with baking paper (screw it up into a ball first as it is then easier to push into the dish) and poured the resulting goo into.
When set we ended up with three robust bars of "Jackson Pollock" soap.
