If you flying from gatwick, we can highly recommend http://www.vulcan-lodge.com/ they only charged us £68 for a weeks parking and a nights stay with breakfast.
Gatwick Carline charge £4.00 for a taxi into gatwick itself.

No, I don't think there are any restrictions - I used it September last year and a friend of mine got her 15% discount last week.....Mrs H0
