Hi Just wondered if people think lovefilm is worth signing up to...do they deliver and administer things well?? Do thye have a good selection...is their customer service/billing OK??

Delivery isn't too good at the moment-but i'm putting that down to Christmas and the fact i am in NI. Customer service has always been fine for me-but i have never had to contact them about anything major. They do have a great selection and its very easy to cancel the account if you choose to0 -

I will cancel with them soon but my last discs are going back Special Del, otherwise they may say they didn't get them and hey presto i have to pay for another month.
Go to Blockbusters if you can much better CS IMO.
