Half Price - BELKIN 6 WAY SURGE PROTECTOR WITH TELEPHONE & AV PROTECTION

Options
PCWorld have the BELKIN 623UK 6 WAY SURGE PROTECTOR WITH TELEPHONE AND AV PROTECTION listed as half price. From £44.99 to £24.49. I have had a search around (googled it) and the next cheapest I can find is £29.99.

http://www.pcworld.co.uk/martprd/store/pcw_page.jsp?BV_SessionID=@@@@0264973271.1166613422@@@@&BV_EngineID=ccehaddjjilgjidcflgceggdhhmdgmi.0&page=Product&sku=170366&calling_page=Product

The are also doing a 4 way protector with £5.00 off reduced to £14.99.

I have my TV, DVD player, Freeview box etc all connected to one after damaging 2 Freeview sets due to different power surges.

Indeed, it puts PC World to shame. They still sell USB cables for £10+ when ebuyer sells them for approx 50p.

PC World do do good deals on occassion just never on cables.

    About £8 from SVP :)
  • Thanks guys, luckily I reserved a second on from PCWorld that I will now not be picking up. I still have my original reciept for my first purchase so I think I will order one 3 from eBuyer and take on of them back to PCWorld!!

    don't forget quidco for ebuyer.
  • And if you're near an Ikea get a 6-way surge protector strip there for £4.99 (switched and neon'd, but no phone circuitry) - got 2 last week.

    On the receipt it's a:
    KOPPLA N SCK 6W
    item #001.098.73 20016 - GBP 4.99

ie only £40 - 89% cheaper than PC World's version.

    Labelled
    Surge Protection Device
    Uc250V AC 50Hz
    Class III Test Uoc5KV
    Up1.5KV
    TO IEC/EN 61643-1

Appears to be made by HONGYI in China.
Has a 1.5m cable on it.
