this is from my neal's yard book:
STRAWBERRY AND OAT EXFOLIATING MASK
20g/2tbsp ground oats
3 ripe large strawberries
5ml/1 tsp single (light) cream
grind oats to a fine powder using pestle and mortar. Mash up strawberries using a fork and mix with the oats. Add enough cream to make a paste. Apply the pack to your face and leave on for 10 mins. gentle remove with coool water then pat dry.No links in signatures by site rules - Forum Team 20 -

I had a nice one once made from ground adzuki beans. I suppose if you have a coffee grinder or are very good with a pestle and mortar you could make it at home. You just needed a small amount, mix it in your hand with water, rub on then rinse off.Member no.1 of the 'I'm not in a clique' group :rotfl:

Just don't do what I did - saw one on tv using olive oil and sugar or salt. Decided to do it one evening, mixed the ingrediants together and took it upstairs. Rubbing it briskly into my face, thought it smells strange this, .......I'd used the garlic flavour olive oil :-[0

Thanks for the yummy recipes and hilarious comments - they all seem to good to slap on my face (the recipes that is, not the comments) but I'll give it a go ;D0
