1 - Put the Hellmans book into your basket. The free book is here.
2 - Add any other items at any price you require.
3- Goto checkout and put in one of the codes HELLMANAMZN2 or HELLMANAMZN3.
4- You have to change delivery to from First Class Delivery to Super Saver Delivery. This means you receive a discount of £5.99 for the book and a discount of £2.75 for delivery. For some reason you get free Super Saver delivery even though your item is under £15.

For some reason when the item is under a certain amount I don't get the option of Supersaver, I can only have first class delivery.0
