Quickie Truffle Question

Hello,

I am making a load of different sweets for presents this year and want to get started but me question is about freezing truffles... can it be done? How do I package them? How long before do I have to take them out of the freezer? Any special instructions?

Thankyou for any help

The truffle recipe I was following (from Novembers GoodFood I think) said that the truffles could be frozen for up to a month. I was going to put them in cases then into a large tupperware box with some baking parchment to separate the layers. I think it said to take them out of the freezer 24 hours before you need them and defrost them in the fridge.
