I Aim To Get This Done By Next Week (IATGTDBNW)

Snappy title, snappy concept.

Last week, you (collectively) aimed to dye your hair, stop partying until 4am and cut back on fizzy drinks. Oh, and open a "parachute bank account", which sounds quite fun, but probably isn't.

I aimed to have a cheap week. And failed, overspending by £20
and to fix up more freelance shifts. I've been offered a full-time job, which is nice.

Tell us whether you succeeded in your goals for last week. Or if you're new, set a bunch of things you aim to do by next Sunday (will post mine a bit later).

And report back - it's awfully lonely if you don't.

Nm.

    Not necessarily dfw, but
    1) I am going to make a dental appointment
    2) I am going to make a eye test appointment
    3) I am going to list 20 things on ebay or amazon.

I shall be checking back to remind myself. I haven't managed any of these in the last weeks so fingers crossed

    My aims for the week:

    1. Finally finish counting up all the 1p and 2p coins and pay them in at the bank
    2. Open a regular savings account and possibly an instant access savings account as well
    3. Register with envirofone and get rid of some of my very old mobiles.
    4. Have a cracking time at our Christmas party on friday

    :)
  • Nice thread! Mind if I join you?

    Goals:

    1. Binge clean and tidy flat (half done already).
    2. Three gym sessions this week.
    3. No bought lunches - take food in to work.
    4. Pay bag of coins into bank (only a fiver but every little helps!).
    5. Get clothes ready for work the next before, thereby eliminating the "have I left the iron on?" panic as I'm half way to work.
 What if the hokey cokey is what it's all about?
