£15 cheque for filling in survey

360º Advertising is working with a major local employer to explore the opinions of people who have the background and experience to work for them . We would very much appreciate your views to help us formulate our proposals. To thank you for your time and effort, we will forward a cheque for £15 when you have submitted the completed form, but you must have answered all the questions, as far as you can.
Your answers will be treated entirely anonymously. We will not contact you again unless you specifically request details of our client's career vacancies.

you need to be able to answer yes to:
I am aged at least 18
I work or have worked in a customer-facing role

it says that your cheque will arrive in teh next few days so we will know soon enough, the actual survey takes only 2 mins to fill in so i think its worth a go!
